Patient Refill Request

If you are in need of a refill we ask that you first check your bottle or with the
pharmacy as you may have refills available!

Please note that your request will be reviewed and processed within 24-48 business hours. This timeframe is for review,

approval, and coordination with your pharmacy. Please request your medication refill 3-5 days in advance to

allow ample time for review and processing. This will help ensure you do not run out of medication!
