Every Rose Psychiatry

Dr. Elizabeth Rose Paré DNP, PMHNP-BC

I am a doctorally prepared psychiatric nurse practitioner and practice owner. I completed a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing at the University of Tampa in 2015, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (Psychiatric-Mental Health Lifespan) at the University of Florida in 2018. I've taught as a clinical instructor at both undergraduate and graduate levels at the University of Tampa and Yale University, respectively. I have experience working in inpatient, outpatient and residential settings with patients ranging from age 4 to age 95. I am passionate about mental health and wellness, and I love working together with my patients to help them feel like the best version of themselves. I love to teach and answer questions, and it's my priority to empower my clients to fully understand and participate in their care so that we can work as a team, but also to feel heard and understood. I use evidence- based prescribing practices while also integrating non-pharmacological (non-medication) methods to help my clients improve their symptoms whenever possible. Every rose has it's thorn and every life has it's challenges... but that doesn't make either one any less beautiful! We are all unique and complex individuals, and I will always treat each client with the care and compassion that they should expect from their provider.

Dr. Beth is not currently accepting new patients. She is currently focusing on implementing opportunities to join the other providers for collaborative visits as she believes strongly in the synergistic value of coming together as a team. Sometimes the combined efforts are greater than the sum of their separate parts!

Hayley Nunley MSN, PMHNP-BC

I am originally from Ohio and moved to Florida in 2013. I earned my BSN at Mercy College of Ohio and completed my MSN-PMHNP at Herzing University. As an RN, I worked in ER/trauma, critical care, and psychiatry. I also create educational content for nurses and have taught in the hospital setting. I have a passion for helping others achieve their mental health goals and genuinely enjoy being a part of their mental health journey. I am certified across the lifespan, and have special interests in pediatric/adolescent and perinatal mental health. I believe that each person is unique and there is not a "one size fits all" when it comes to mental health. Mental health is very personal, so the approach should be personalized. The foundation of my practice is in building a strong rapport and really getting to know the person I am working with so that we can work together in creating a treatment plan to optimize mental wellness. My goal is to create a judgement-free, compassionate atmosphere where you can feel comfortable. It is a great honor and privilege to be a part of your care!

Jessica Tancos MBA, MSN, PMHNP-BC

With a nursing career spanning over two decades, I bring a wealth of experience and passion to the field of Psychiatric Mental Health. I began my healthcare journey in 1999 and have since worked in a wide range of clinical settings—including Neuro-Intensive Care, Behavioral Health Inpatient Acute Unit, and as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner—eventually serving as an Administrator on Duty. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, I moved to Florida in 2017. I hold a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Master’s in Project Management from Saint Xavier University (2012) and earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2023, becoming a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My clinical focus is on mental health care for children, adolescents, and young adults, typically between the ages of 5 and 30, though I am certified to treat patients across the lifespan and have experience working with individuals aged 5 to 73. In addition to clinical practice, I have a strong background in healthcare education. I have taught both didactic and clinical rotations for a variety of allied health professionals, including Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Qualified Medication Aides (QMA), Pharmacy Technicians, Phlebotomy Technicians, and Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT). Driven by a deep commitment to patient-centered care and mental wellness, I strive to create a supportive, understanding environment where individuals and families feel empowered in their mental health journey.

Dr. Jennifer Zaccaria DNP PMHNP-BC

I am a rare native Florida, and earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Florida. I care for patients across the lifespan and genuinely enjoy working with all forms of mental health, from everyday stressors to more complex psychiatric conditions. Before becoming a psychiatric provider, I worked as a nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and in Hospice. These experiences shaped how I approach mental health in a very human way, teaching me how to sit with uncertainty, support patients and families through difficult moments, and recognize that healing looks different for everyone. They continue to influence my work today, reminding me to slow down, listen closely, and treat the whole person, not just symptoms. My approach to care is holistic and collaborative. I view medication as one possible tool, not the entire solution, and believe meaningful mental health care often includes therapy, lifestyle changes, coping skills, and space for honest conversation. I work alongside patients to create thoughtful, individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals, values, and lives. Above all, I strive to create a calm, compassionate, and judgment-free environment where patients feel safe, understood, and supported. It is truly an honor to be trusted with someone’s mental health journey.

Allison Denby MSN, PMHNP-BC

Growing up in different parts of the United States and living abroad in Australia during my childhood gave me a deep appreciation for diverse ways of life. These experiences guide how I care for patients and value each person’s unique perspective. I earned my BSN from a small private university in Nevada and my MSN from Chamberlain University. With nearly 10 years of healthcare experience—including pediatrics, oncology, substance use, and mental health care across the lifespan—I am committed to caring for people of all ages and understanding the experiences that shape each person. I enjoy taking a more holistic approach to mental health care, looking beyond diagnoses to consider strengths, challenges, and life context. I integrate therapeutic and lifestyle-based strategies alongside medication when appropriate, creating a space where you feel supported and understood. I truly look forward to working with you and helping you reach your goals!

Ryan Kilbane MSN, PMHNP-BC

After growing up in Ohio, I obtained my BSN (2014) and MSN-FNP (2018) at Chamberlain University. My nursing background began in neurology on several specialty units. My love for mental health started during my first rotation in nursing school. I continued to volunteer 2 hours a week at the state run facility for 4 years with adults diagnosed with schizophrenia. After moving to Florida, I found my true passion when I had the opportunity to work with children and adolescents. After 4 years working with this population inpatient at behavioral health facilities, I obtained my PMHNP from Maryville University. Although I’m certified across the lifespan, I primarily have been continuing my work with the child and adolescent population outpatient since 2023 treating those 6 and older. My goal is to view mental health as a picture larger than only psychopharmacology, while providing the education and insight into a diagnosis and treatment plan.

Stephanie Shipman, Clinical Operations Director

As the Clinical Operations Director, I am typically the first person you meet when you choose us! I bring over 20 years of administrative experience to the leadership team. I value my role because it matters in ways that aren’t always visible. I don’t just oversee appointments or policies, I help shape and support the environment where care happens; building systems that protect patients, support providers, and uphold the integrity of mental health treatment. Mental health care is deeply personal. Patients are navigating some of the hardest seasons of their lives. I value being part of a team that offers stability, clarity, and safety in the midst of that. At the same time, I believe good care requires accountability, clear boundaries and ethical standards. I strive to always uphold these, with compassion. Supporting our providers so they can deliver thoughtful, personal and responsible care has a ripple effect far beyond one appointment. The responsibility I have is meaningful and it’s why I love what I do.
